The staff doesn't seems to be appropriately trainned for child care. I have the impression that because of the shortage of staff, they hire stay home moms that wants to works with no educational background related to child care, child develepment, behavior... Some dont even speak english, wich makes it hard to communicate with them when its time to give special instruction or know what happenned during the day. Some look like they dont know how to deal with certain child behavior, the food is mostly junk food not much fruits or vegies are served. Parents are not very well informed about whats going on during the day and upcomming events. Everytime I show up there (even in the middle of the day) staff is sitting down on a table or a chair and watching kids rather than playing with them... (mostly nursery) They allow parents to get in the rooms with their winter boots on... it gets messy on the floor where kids play even thought they try to mop the floor. They keep kids at the daycare even thought they are sick (diarea, fever)... so all of the others catch their friend's illness.... Some of their staff are very good, they look like they care and know what they do but its only a few of them unfortunatly
