Thank you! Thank you! for posting this. I too, have felt these same feeilngs often! My daughter was diagnosed with celiac when she was 18 months old, now she is 4.5.It is a relief to know that i am not the only one out there that puts themselves through the ringer for things they cannot really control. I realized through reading this that i seriously need to work on my understanding of others. Those with no experience with gluten free foods, don't fully understand every thing there is to know about celiac children, but they are doing the best they can as well!! Mistakes will happen .mistakes will happen .and repeat .
