This day care ruined my childs 500 dollar winter jacket, and refuse to replace it they wouldnt except responsibility for it. i had to work over 25 hours for free becuase there staff cant read

i liked to take my daughter to this daycare althought there were flaws with communication from staff, not always i must say but my daughter always told me about her day which kids were being mean or nice ..this goes for the staff as well , didnt have a problem with them; they always greeted us coming and going, when something was brought up they, as in the staff took care of it. the main lady (boss) always was smiling morning and evening greeting all us mothers, fathers, aunties,uncles or cousins.

Concerned
Recently I picked up my granddaughter from this daycare. Although her mother advised daycare in the morning that I would be picking my granddaughter up and my granddaughter was clearly happy to see me, there was no sign out procedure. This was the first time I went to the daycare so no one besides my granddaughter knew who I was. Very unprofessional and lack of security. I have never been allowed to pick up my granddaughters at any day or after school care without initially registering my identification and signing them out ever, ever, ever.

ive never had any problems with this daycare . daughter wouldn't be their if i didn't think it was. things i look for is that my child is happy and staff are playing with her and others. art comes home regardless of what was taught

Bebe's Daycare is one of the best daycare around. I had my kids in there for a few years and never once had an issue with staff or anything else. My kids still beg me to take them back there to at least visit the owner and say Hello.
